Ambiance Pattaya Hotel

Located in the heart of "BoyzTown" this older but well maintained hotel is a good value. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The room was a good size with comfortable bed and furniture. 2 free bottles of water daily.

This is a party street and the party goes on until around 2am. So if you are a light sleeper or have trouble with festive, sometimes boisterous partygoers, then this may not be the hotel for you.

The staff was super friendly from the moment we stepped in the door. They helped us organize a car to Bangkok with a cool stop along the way that we never would have considered ourselves. The room was clean, comfortable and well stocked.The room was cleaned very quickly in the morning. We left for breakfast and a little shopping for maybe 90 minutes and the room was clean by the time we returned!The location is great if you plan to enjoy boyztown bars. Despite the location in the party area, it was very safe and secure as the hotel was collecting IDs of any visitors not registered to insure security and safety, but also did not charge a fee for any joiners or visitors.

The air conditioning was a bit loud, but that is pretty normal for similar hotels so it was not a big deal. It would have been nice if the hotel was serving breakfast but they had apparently stopped doing that.

Beautifully decorated rooms, comfy bed, free coffee/tea and kettle in the room, safetybox and fridge, also two bathrobes and hair dryer. Very well equipped. Also the interior in the hallways was very beautiful decorated in thai style

Almost no space to park, even a motorbike. The street in front is super narrow and in nighttime all the places around put tables and chairs outside.

The hotel room where we stayed had a limited space but it offered a great view and was conveniently located near food shops, pharmacies and 7/11s.

Spacious room, good, clean new-ish room.

Noise on bar side made sleeping impossible. If you can get the non-street side, it's an ok value, comfortable. If not, you won't get one minute of shut-eye.

Location quite ideal for merrymakers. The room provides a positive vibe when we enter. Spotlessly cleaned on a daily basis . Quality products used in the room. Friendly staff . We feel like to make repeated visits . Comfortable sleep quality.

Finding difficult to find out what I didn't like.

There was window in rooms but covered by hoardings can't see outside, the man on reception early morning was very rude, only shouting on me not replies on anything, rudely shouting only

No view from hotel room, the behaviour of receptionist man early morning was too bad I completely dislike his behavior

It's right in the heart of boystown, lively and where you want to be if you want to be in the thick of it

The restaurant was not open for business but is understandable as it was not in season

It's a little bit old. But very well kept up. They definitely maintain the rooms. Everything is really nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm already telling my friends to Stat here when they visit Pattaya and want to be close to the city. Even though there were many bars outside, I couldn't hear them. I did stay in the penthouse room.

The only drawback is that there is not a lot of variety in restaurants in the area. So I wouldn't blame the hotel for this. But it wasn't too difficult to find things with a 10 minute walk.

Excellent location and neat and clean rooms but no breakfast

This is the second time I am staying with my friends at this hotel. After my first visit a couple of months ago I was amazingly surprised how good the hotel was and went back again. The experience was the same.The staff are amazing especially the reception. Ton, Aina and Peng are wonderful. They would do everything to help us with tours and make us feel welcome and enjoy our stay. They are the true face of how wonderful Thai people are. The location is perfect. Within a few minutes walking distance from everything. It's located in Boys Town (gay area), but it didn't bother us at all. The rooms are very clean and big. Very comfy beds and nice toilets. They are very well isolated so you wont hear much of the noise coming from the bars downstairs. The WiFi is very stable and has a strong signal.There is no breakfast yet, but I am sure soon they will add it as well. There is a very nice breakfast place 2 min walk away where you can have Western style breakfast and a very nice cute little shop right next to the entrance of the hotel where you can have pretty good espresso. I will surely go back here when I am in Pattaya. Thank you Ambiance and see you soon.

Decent, comfortable hotel in a great location in south Pattaya. Loved the thick, quality towels provided. Very close to the beach and close to amenities.

It can be a bit noisy in the evening. But the convenience of the location greatly outweighed the noise.

Location was good, very near to walking street and beach

We got rooms on different floors. Reception guy misguided us, gave different rooms and we had to shift our luggage multiple times.

Rooms are perfect.

They didn’t provide the pillow for a member though we booked for 3 people in a room but still they didn’t give any pillow’s.

Excellent property which is very close to the beach. All the Indian restaurants are next door. The room and washrooms were clean and linen was good. The receptionists always wore smile and the service is Excellent.Recommended for families as one felt very safe here
